Xiaomi announced the budget smartphone Redmi Note 8T with NFC
At a presentation in Madrid, Xiaomi officially showed the Redmi Note 8T – the European version of Redmi Note 8. Smartphones are almost identical, but the 8T got an NFC sensor for contactless payments and a different texture for the back panel.
Otherwise, the characteristics are the same: a 6.3-inch FHD + display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a drop-shaped notch for a 13 MP selfie camera and four cameras at the back with a 48 MP sensor at the base.
The heart of the Redmi Note 8T is the Snapdragon 665 AIE processor – powerful enough to extend the operation of the 4-megapixel camera at 48 megapixels. The battery with a capacity of 4,000 mAh with support for fast charging via USB-C is responsible for autonomy. An 18 W adapter is included.
The smartphone is available in only one modification 4 + 64 GB and costs 199 euros (≈14 050 rubles). In Spain and Italy, it will appear on November 8, the date of the Russian release and the official price have not yet been disclosed.
