Samsung released the unkillable flagship Galaxy XCover FieldPro
Samsung introduced the Galaxy XCover FieldPro smartphone, designed to work in the harshest conditions. It is protected in accordance with the MIL-STD-810G1 and IP68 standards, which guarantees resistance to moisture, vibration, drops and extreme temperatures.
The screen of the smartphone has a diagonal of 5.1 inches and a resolution of QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels). Under it are three buttons for navigation and system control. The heart of the gadget is the proprietary Exynos 9810 processor – the same is installed in the Galaxy Note 9.
The amount of RAM was 4 GB, and internal memory – 64 GB. There is a microSD card slot. The camera of the new product is single, 12 megapixels with a triple LED flash and phase autofocus. To her left is a fingerprint scanner. An 8MP sensor is provided for front-facing selfies.
The smartphone supports Wi-Fi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / GLONASS / Galileo and NFC wireless adapters. Also, Galaxy XCover FieldPro can function in walkie-talkie mode (Push-to-Talk).
The capacity of the built-in battery was 4,500 mAh. It is charged via the USB-C port. If necessary, the battery can be quickly replaced with an identical one, which is supplied as standard. Also on the case is a POGO connector for charging without connecting a conventional adapter.
The start dates for sales and the price of the Galaxy XCover FieldPro have not yet been announced.
