Huawei introduced Honor 20s – a simplified version of the flagship Honor 20
The official announcement of the Honor 20s, the budget version of Honor 20, took place. The novelty received a slightly less powerful processor and three cameras instead of four.
The heart of the smartphone was the Kirin processor from Huawei. It is slightly inferior to the Kirin 980, which was used in the Honor 20, but is also made according to the 7-nm process technology.
The 6.26-inch LCD has FHD + resolution. In the upper part there is a hole for a selfie camera with a resolution of 32 megapixels. The main camera is triple and consists of 48, 8 and 2 megapixel modules. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the side panel.
The novelty was equipped with a 3 750 mAh battery with support for fast charging of 20 watts. The regular Honor 20 is compatible with slightly more powerful adapters – up to 22.5 watts. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on Magic UI 2.1.1 – firmware based on Android 9. It supports the GPU Turbo 3.0 game mode and the function of calorie counter via the camera.
Honor 20s was estimated at 1,899 yuan (≈17,640 rubles) for the version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. The version with 8 GB of RAM will cost you 2 199 yuan (20 430 rubles). Pre-orders in China are already open, the release of the international version will have to wait a bit.
